Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our tours well-organized. Please review the following terms before booking a private tour. Cancellations and Changes: 72 hours or more before departure: Full refund for cancellations or major changes. 48 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows: No refund. All timeframes are based on Pacific Time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Guest Count Adjustments: You may adjust the number of guests (add or remove participants) up to 24 hours before departure without penalty. Reducing the number of guests within 24 hours is non-refundable. Adding guests less than 24 hours before departure is subject to availability and additional cost. Luggage Policy: No Luggage on board & No Large Backpack at Grand Canyon West. Due to security regulations at Hoover Dam, luggage is not permitted in the vehicle or on the dam premises. Allowed: small personal bags, purses, and backpacks (subject to inspection). Not allowed: suitcases, large bags, rolling luggage, coolers, or oversized backpacks. Guests arriving with prohibited items may be denied entry to Hoover Dam or asked to leave luggage behind at their hotel. To Visit Grand Canyon West Small Bags: Small items like purses, diaper bags, medical bags, and fanny packs are permitted throughout most of the park. Large Bags: Large backpacks are not allowed inside the park's main attractions. Child Seats and Passenger Count: In compliance with Nevada law, any child under 6 years old and under 57 inches tall must ride in an approved car seat or booster seat. Each child requiring a car seat occupies one seat and counts as one passenger in your booking. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate car seat unless arranged in advance with Ameri-Trip. No child may travel without proper restraint as required by law. Additional Notes: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions. Guests must arrive on time for pickup; late arrivals may result in forfeiture without refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your booking details.
