Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour’s start time for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the tour’s local time. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, road or site closures, mechanical issues, safety concerns, insufficient passengers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such cancellations qualify for a complimentary reschedule or full refund. Special Experiences (Helicopter/Pontoon Boat & Airplane): These experiences require cancellation at least 72 hours in advance of the start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable. Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. We need to store wheelchairs at the bus storage. Infants must sit on laps. All children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed.
