Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. We reserve the authority to cancel tours due to weather or insufficient passengers. Such cancellations qualify for a complimentary reschedule or full refund. Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. The tour is not wheelchair accessible but stroller accessible. Infants must sit on laps. All children 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed. Please remark on the request note if you have children or any dietary requirements while booking the trip. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 13 travelers.
