Service Description
Experience the Iconic Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend with a fully private, comfortable, and customizable tour from Las Vegas. Skip the stress of renting a car or dealing with crowded group buses—your dedicated driver-guide will take you directly to all the iconic viewpoints in a spacious, air-conditioned private vehicle. One-way drive is approximately 4.5 hrs. This private tour gives you maximum flexibility at each stop at your design! 1. Choose Your Vehicle Travel in comfort with your choice of: Mini Van – seats up to 6 passengers $750 Sprinter Van – seats up to 14 passengers $1050 Even smaller groups can select the larger Sprinter for extra space and leg room. 2. Select Your Ticket: Purchase tickets for each person in your group. 3. Tell Us Your Special Requests A dedicated tour specialist will work with you directly to curate your perfect private Grand Canyon itinerary. What’s Included: -Private vehicle and professional driver/guide -Hotel pickup and drop-off from selected Las Vegas hotels -Air-conditioned transportation (vehicle size based on group) -Granola bars, chips & bottled water -Deli Lunch is included. What’s Not Included -Personal expenses -Gratuities (10%–20% recommended) -Car seat/booster rental – $10 per seat per day (upon request)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our tours well-organized. Please review the following terms before booking a private tour. Cancellations and Changes: 72 hours or more before departure: Full refund for cancellations or major changes. 48 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows: No refund. All timeframes are based on Pacific Time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Guest Count Adjustments: You may adjust the number of guests (add or remove participants) up to 24 hours before departure without penalty. Reducing the number of guests within 24 hours is non-refundable. Adding guests less than 24 hours before departure is subject to availability and additional cost. Bag Policy: No Luggage on board & No Bags at Antelope Canyon No bags are allowed in Lower Antelope Canyon. This includes transparent and clear bags. You can only bring water and phone/camera with you. Items prohibited to bring: All Bags *Including Transparent/Clear Bags Tripods, Monopods, or Selfie Sticks Go-Pro's or Live Action Cameras Cremations Are NOT To Be Disbursed Drones Open-Toed Shoes, Sandals, or Heels Pets or Service Animals*Due to Safety Firearms or Weapons Walking Sticks *Including Hiking Sticks Child Seats and Passenger Count: In compliance with Nevada law, any child under 6 years old and under 57 inches tall must ride in an approved car seat or booster seat. Each child requiring a car seat occupies one seat and counts as one passenger in your booking. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate car seat unless arranged in advance with Ameri-Trip. No child may travel without proper restraint as required by law. Additional Notes: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions. Guests must arrive on time for pickup; late arrivals may result in forfeiture without refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your booking details.
