Place to visit/pass by (subject to change) 1. Beehive: Capture the intricate patterns and textures of Beehive Rock, especially during golden hours for enhanced lighting. 2. Atlatl Rock: Marvel at the ancient petroglyphs estimated to be 2000 to 4000 years old. 3. Visitor Center: Learn about the park's geology and history; 4. Rainbow Vista: Enjoy panoramic views of multi-colored rock formations at Rainbow Vista. 5. Fire Canyon Overlook: A panoramic view of the vibrant red rocks and the winding Fire Canyon. 6. Elephant Rock: Brief hike to a unique formation resembling an elephant. 7. Fire Wave: Hike to the famous Fire Wave, a striped sand stone formation (subject to closure in summer time) What's Included: 1. Transportation with valid business vehicle insurance. 2. Choose Your Vehicle Travel in comfort with your choice of: Mini Van – seats up to 6 passengers $550 Sprinter Van – seats up to 14 passengers $700 Even smaller groups can select the larger Sprinter for extra space and legroom. 2. What’s Included: -Private vehicle and professional driver/guide -Hotel pickup and drop-off from selected Las Vegas hotels -Air-conditioned transportation (vehicle size based on group) -Chips & bottled water -Deli lunch included (Turkey Sandwich) What’s Not Included -Personal expenses -Gratuities (10%–20% recommended) -Car seat/booster rental – $10 per seat per day (upon request)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our tours well-organized. Please review the following terms before booking a private tour. Cancellations and Changes: 72 hours or more before departure: Full refund for cancellations or major changes. 48 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows: No refund. All timeframes are based on Pacific Time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Guest Count Adjustments: You may adjust the number of guests (add or remove participants) up to 24 hours before departure without penalty. Reducing the number of guests within 24 hours is non-refundable. Adding guests less than 24 hours before departure is subject to availability and additional cost. Luggage Policy: No Luggage on board Child Seats and Passenger Count: In compliance with Nevada law, any child under 6 years old and under 57 inches tall must ride in an approved car seat or booster seat. Each child requiring a car seat occupies one seat and counts as one passenger in your booking. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate car seat unless arranged in advance with Ameri-Trip. No child may travel without proper restraint as required by law. Additional Notes: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions. Guests must arrive on time for pickup; late arrivals may result in forfeiture without refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your booking details.
